The name of trust is "Satpuda Niwasini Shree Manudevi Seva Pratistan, Aadgaon " (Tal. Yaval, Dist. Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India) (Regn. No. E-554) is a non-profit organization and it was established on 1991. The founder trustee as well as President late Vasant Shankar Chaudhari and Sopan Shankar Wani, Jalgaon had taken immense efforts for establishing the trust.

Below is a list of activities that Trust has undertaken and successfully executed.

• Built a huge 66 ft X 46 ft 'Meeting Arena/Sabha Mandap'.
• Sought help from Maharashtra Government and built a road. This facilitated smooth movement of traffic right upto the temple.
• Built 84x40 ft. double floor 'Bhakta Nivas/Dormitory'.
• Built 32x32 ft. 'Eight sided/Ashtakoni Yagnya Mandap'.
• Started 'Pooja Store' for worship to the devotees on a 'No Profit-No Loss' basis.
• Built Toilets for the visitor's of the temple.

Trust would like to thank the followers for their donations towards the temple.

Temple primary Goals and Objectives are :

• Build a 40 feet tall top for the temple.
• To provide necessary 'Health Care' near the temple premises.
• To provide 'Electricity' within the temple.
